Fill the bottle up to the marked line with water that has been boiled and cooled down, or use distilled water or filtered water with a filter less than 1 micron.

• *Do not add hot water directly to the device.

- To make an isotonic solution for daily use (children & adults): add 1 sachet of saline to the water.
- To make a hypertonic solution for severe cases under doctor supervision (adults only): add 3 sachets of saline to the water.

• Close the bottle tightly and shake for 10 seconds.

For children

Place the child in a comfortable position: leaning slightly forward while sitting, or lying on their back for infants, with the head tilted slightly to one side.

Make sure the nose is positioned to allow easy fluid flow.

For adults (6+ years) & Children

Lean slightly forward with the head tilted to one side so that the forehead and chin are level.

• Ensure the nose is angled to allow the solution to flow easily.

Gently place the nozzle into the upper nostril (e.g., right nostril if applying from the right side).

Press the button under the bottle gently without pressing fully to let the solution flow into the nose.

Ensure the liquid flows smoothly without excessive pressure.

After finishing the first nostril, repeat the same steps for the other one.

Press the button gently to allow the liquid to flow through the other nostril.

1- Use only distilled, filtered (less than 1 micron), or previously boiled and cooled water.
2- Do not use tap water directly.
3- Do not use the bottle in the following cases:

• Complete nasal blockage
• Severe infections of the ear or nose
• After nasal/sinus surgeries unless advised by a doctor

1- Wash the bottle thoroughly with soap and warm water.

2- Clean the nozzle with a small brush (like an old toothbrush).

3- Rinse thoroughly with water to remove any soap residue.

4- Air dry in a well-ventilated place before the next use.

Hydrogen Peroxide Solution (3%):

• Dilute at a 1:2 ratio (1 part peroxide + 2 parts distilled/boiled cooled water).

Soak the bottle for 5–10 minutes.
Rinse well with warm water after soaking.
Dry completely before use.
(You can also use 70% medical alcohol:)

• Spray the bottle and let it dry, then rinse with hot water and dry.

⚠️ Do not leave the bottle in hydrogen peroxide for long periods to avoid damaging the plastic.
